Do you email codes or post them out? We digitally deliver by email all our codes to save you time and money. Our service is aimed at providing discount codes that are available 24/7 by email.
I have not received any email confirmation after placing my order. If you are using hotmail please note that some emails are caught as junk or spam and sometimes never get through to our customers. Please contact us if you have not received any confirmation email of your order. If you paid through PayPal and did not return back to our website your payment wasn't automatically linked to your order so no email would get sent - this is not a problem as we manually link payments when this occurs.
I have not received my code after paying instantly. If you do not receive your code within 24 hours and have not heard from us please submit an RMA request by logging into your account and clicking Review Previous Orders and then selecting RMA. Once we receive your RMA request we will post your code to your account which you can view by selecting Review Previous Orders and clicking the order number. Click here to log in now and view your orders.
How long do I have to pay after placing an order? When paying by bank deposit or internet transfer we require payment to clear into our account within 7 days. If sending a money order we need to receive it within 10 days of order date. PayPal Mass Pay needs to be received within 3 days. Your order is automatically cancelled after this time and a new order will need to be made if you wish to purchase off us.
I have received my code but it does not work. If your code is not working for any reason please contact us as usually it is simply a typo and can be easily checked and corrected. We can check when a code was redeemed so please be honest.
Why do you not have a phone number to be contacted on? Currently we only provide email support to keep our costs at a minimum. We cannot provide codes over the phone for fraud prevention reasons. And also we cannot fix issues over the phone as it takes a bit of time double checking cards before we can confirm any error.
I would like to purchase from outside Australia. If your address is not in Australia or New Zealand we require payment by PayPal Mass Pay or from an Australian bank account. How to pay by PayPal Mass Pay:

1. To use Mass Pay you need funds in your account and a confirmed debit or credit card attached.
2. You need to convert funds in your account to the total owing in Australian Dollars (AUD) before sending payment.
3. PayPal also charges the sender a maximum fee of AUD $1.25 which you need to allow for when converting to AUD.Instructions:

2. Click the Mass Pay link at bottom of page.
3. Click Make a Mass Payment!
4. Attach file provided or create your own.
5. Recipent type: Email Address
6. Email subject: GameCard Order: (order number)
7. Click Continue
8. Click Send Money
