Trading Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm AEDT - We try to get your code processed and emailed within a few minutes. However, it can take up to a few hours during busy periods. We will contact you if there will be more than a 24 hour delay in processing your order. To check if there are any current delays please visit our twitter page.

All other times: Orders are still processed and codes sent on a regular basis throughout non business hours. However we do require rest and sleep so please be patient.

If you do not receive your code within 24 hours and have not heard from us please submit an RMA request by logging into your account and clicking Review Previous Orders and then selecting RMA. Once we receive your RMA request we will post your code to your account which you can view by selecting Review Previous Orders and clicking the order number.
